  Our cat passed this evening, around 4:30. We were able to arrange a cremation this same day at 9 pm. This was really important to my wife and I as the idea of a family member kept in a freezer overnight was not a thought we wanted added to our grief.
  Colin, the staff person, was compassionate, patient and friendly. He took a paw print and hair clipping for us before the cremation. Great place.

  I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with their caring and comforting service. I can't thank Colin and Nancy enough for their help through my family's most difficult time.

  I wouldn't go any where else! Beautiful job on my Alice's urn. I was even brave enough to open it today. Her a ashes were neatly bagged in a thick clear sack. Attached? It was twisted and affixed with her ID tag. This tag was created by the mortuary to identify her. I wasn't sad when I saw her ashes. I cannot express how thankful I am for the delicate care taken in her cremation. Thank you! Beautiful and respectful job. Nancy...thank you for letting us deal with her loss. I saw the concern in your demeanor and expression when we arrived. It takes a lot for someone to have empathy. You have it. You helped us begin to heal from the moment we appeared with our beloved lost furr baby from the very beginning. I would recommend you to anyone. I hope I don't see you any time soon though ;).   When the previous longtime manager retired this place has no room for empathy. The 7 minute phone call was spent with them not showing even an ounce of compassion and robotically going over procedure. Not the same place...
