  As a funeral director myself, I often find myself needing to help families who have a loved die after moving away, traveling, etc. This makes it essential to have a network of reputable, trustworthy providers to partner with. Corey Gaffney and his team are excellent at what they do. They are my go to resource in the Tacoma area.

  I want to thank your staff, Laurie, Rebecca & Tim for their kindness and genuine hospitality with the funerals arrangements for my dad who passed away recently.

  The kindness shown was nothing less than sterling. Tonight (8/15/13) at 01:30 they visited our home again to take our 34 year old daughter to their funeral home. The same respect that was shown to my mother in 2007 was evident tonight. They placed her on the gurney, covered her with an embroidered cover and again left a beautiful white rose where she had lain.
  
  In 2007 when my mother died. The Gaffney's came to her condo, dressed in suits; somber yet approachable. I respected the respect they showed her and us at this emotional time (and it was 3am). They brought in a gurney and placed her on it, leaving a white rose where she had lain. When my sister and I returned our mother's room the sheets were folded, the bed smooth and rose lay there. The arrangements for mom's cremation went smoothly and I am very please to recommend this family owned business to any of my friends, family or fellow-life-journeyers.
